About our Adelanto sunroom contractor business

How I got into building sunrooms

Before I built sunrooms, I ran the schedule for a busy building company, and I watched good jobs stall because a choice got made too late. I learned the trade from the crews I used to schedule. In 2017 I started this business here in Adelanto, a High Desert city in San Bernardino County near Victorville.

Most people who call want to close in a patio or a deck, or turn an older room into one they can use more of the year. What I care about most is that nobody gets surprised halfway through a job. So we settle heating, insulation, glass and what the room sits on before anything gets ordered, because changing those after the walls are up is harder and costs everyone more. You can see the kinds of rooms we build on our home page.

Licensing, insurance and permits

  • A state contractor license for this work

California's Contractors State License Board licenses anyone who builds or changes a structure. That license applies once a job needs a building permit, uses any extra workers or runs $1,000 or more in labor and materials, so a sunroom is licensed work. A contractor has to hold that license before they bid, so it's fair to ask about it before you take anyone's number seriously.

  • Licensed and fully insured.

That covers the sunroom and patio work our own crew does at your house. Before we start, we check with the city or county office that covers your address to see what it asks for, and we take care of the permit paperwork the job needs.

What working with us is like

  • The big choices get settled before we order

We sit down with you and decide whether the room is heated, whether it opens to the house or stays closed off, and what glass goes in, so the room fits how you'll really use it. Those choices are easy to change on paper and hard to change once the frame is up.

  • A clear plan and a set order of work

Before we start, you get a clear plan and know what happens first and what comes after it. I spent years keeping a busy company's schedule on track, and I run our jobs the same way.

  • Straight answers from the person who measured

I come out to measure and talk the job through, and I'm also the one who answers your calls, so what we settled on that first visit carries through to the build our crew and lead installer do. Ask the same question twice if you need to, and when you're ready, call (760) 523-8749 or reach us through our contact page.
