Who this policy covers
This policy explains how Glasscraft Adelanto Sunrooms & Patios handles the information you share with us through this website, over the phone and during an estimate. We're a sunroom contractor in Adelanto, CA, and we only collect what we need to answer your questions, plan your project and do the work.
By using this site, you agree to the practices described here. If you have questions after reading it, the last section tells you how to reach us.
What information we collect
When you fill out our contact form or call us, you give us details like your name, phone number, email address, property address and a description of the project you have in mind. You might also send photos or measurements of your patio, deck or the room you want to add on to.
Our contact form is run by an outside form service, so what you type passes through that service before it reaches us.
When you browse the site, some information is collected automatically. That includes your device and browser type, the pages you visit, how long you stay and the general area you're connecting from. This tells us how the site is used. It doesn't tell us who you are.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files your browser saves so a site can remember your visit. We use them, along with analytics tools, to count visits, see which pages people find useful and fix pages that aren't working well.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work. Some features, like remembering what you've already entered in a form, may not.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to reply to you, schedule a visit to your property, prepare your estimate and keep in touch about your project. If you hire us, we also use it for scheduling, billing and any follow-up on the work.
We use site usage information to improve this website. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only when it's needed to run the business or do your job. That covers the services that host this site, handle our forms and provide our analytics. It can also include suppliers or a local permit office when your project requires it.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact details and project notes as long as we need them to answer your request, finish the work and stand behind it. Records tied to a completed job, like estimates, contracts and invoices, are kept as long as business and tax records usually have to be.
If you reached out but didn't hire us, you can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. We'll do it, except for anything we're required to keep by law or need to finish a job you've hired us for.
California residents may have additional rights under state privacy law, including the right to know what's collected and the right to request deletion. We won't treat you differently for making any of these requests.
Children's privacy
This site is meant for adults planning work on their homes. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security and outside links
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. No website or email system is completely secure, though, so please don't send payment card numbers or other sensitive details through the contact form.
This site may link to other websites, like a city or county office. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy doesn't cover them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page, and it applies from the time it's posted. You can always get back to it from our home page.
How to raise a privacy concern
If you have a question about your information or want to make a request, call us at (760) 523-8749 or send a note through our contact page. Tell us what you're asking for and how to reach you, and we'll reply as soon as we can.
